last night!

tonight i'm going out with a new friend i met at the lesbian bar called minerva a couple nights ago. then our tour guide from last week invited me over to her house tomorrow for lunch. she's very nice, she's going to pick me up in tel aviv (she lives in a suburb). i would take the bus, but it's shabbat and the busses don't run. even in tel aviv, where most people will be partying on friday night and hung over on saturday morning instead of praying. so, i just packed my bags, while drinking a nice israeli red wine (screw top), and i guess i'm going to take my disco nap now. i learned the term disco nap from gay russel the tour organizer, who i'm pretty sure really did go to the disco after taking his nap. i'm nurturing a growing affection for disco music.
